I still have no job and we are now at the point where we have to apply for state aid. I applied for food stamps, medicare and help with our gas bill. I have never had to do this and it has taken a lot for me to swallow my pride and do it. The good news is that I was able to apply for food stamps online. I may still have to provide other documentation but at least it was a start. I sent our information to CAASTLC to help with the gas bill. I think we will also be applying for WIC. This has been really hard and I really do not like it!
